ResiRhino provides marketing services for residential home-service businesses, which may include website design, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads and Local Service Ads management, review and reputation management, social media, video, and related services. The Site describes these services and lets you contact us to learn more. The Site itself does not create a client relationship.

3. Client Engagements

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and ResiRhino (a "Services Agreement"). If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for that engagement. Submitting a form or requesting information does not by itself obligate either party to enter into a Services Agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, competition, seasonality, budget, responsiveness to leads, and changes made by third-party platforms such as Google. Any statistics, examples, case studies, testimonials, or projected results shown on the Site are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as permitted by these Terms;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of ResiRhino or any third party.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
